Curriculum Clean-Out Giveaway!
Jolanthe at Homeschool Creations is hosting a Curriculum Clean-Out and I am joining in the fun!
I will be giving away Sequential Spelling Levels 1 & 2!
Sequential Spelling is AVKO’s premiere seven-level spelling program for the teaching of the patterns of English spelling within seven normal public school years. Sequential Spelling is great for schools as well as homeschoolers. The sequences are not based on grade level curriculum. The sequences are based on building from easy words to advanced words as from all, tall, stall, install, installment, installation. Most students should start with Level 1.
My daughter has some struggles with dyslexia and Spelling is her enemy. Sequential Spelling was recommended to us by a friend in our Homeschool Co-op. We tried it, and it just wasn’t right for us, so we are giving both books away to one lucky reader!

I’m sorry to read of your daughter’s dyslexsia, but it is a blessing that you know about it and can use that information to reformulate the way that you teach.
As for my daughter, she’ll be attending public school, but I’ll be doing supplementary lessons with her at home. This would be a wonderful tool to add to our library of Mommy School items.

Very nice! I’m also searching for the “just right” spelling curriculum for my son – maybe this is it!
I had Seq. Spelling 1 but it got dropped in some water and was ruined. I would love a chance to win these! I really liked how it was well, sequential! But, spelling is one area that I need more discipline in.
